Ignacio Gurruchaga’s photographs poetically capture the magnificence of colors in nature and their interactions with man. The images in this collection have been taken around the world, and offer a perfect combination of color and form that have the power to transform any space.

Gurruchaga uses big format cameras to achieve the highest level of details and color. The images are produced using the latest printing equipment on “Fujicolor Crystal Archive Pearl Paper”, providing a metallic finish that enhances colors and adds a touch of elegance. The photographs are made with museum quality printing and are mounted on plexiglass over a metallic frame, making them ideal for a variety of situations and interiors.

Ignacio Gurruchaga is a professional photographer based in Miami. His commercial work includes collaborations with international and local media. Gurruchaga is widely recognized for his MTV UNPLUGGED covers for artists like Shakira, La Ley, Alejandro Sanz and Maná. He is also well known for his publicity photography for brands like Mango, Motor Oil, Diesel, Soviet, Gatopardo, and Angelo Paolo. His clients include MTV, Sony Music, Universal Music, Warner and ATT.

In recent years Gurruchaga has dedicate himself completely to his artistic pursuits, traveling within the United States, Brazil, Argentina, Thailand, Bali, The Bahamas, and Antarctica to capture unbelievable images, echoing a glimpse of unimaginable adventures. His work has been exhibited in Art Basel Miami Beach, Art Miami, Grippo NY, Dot, and WADA where he was invited to participate in 2012 as a representative of Wynwood’s artist of the year. His site-specific installation for Wynwoods Arts District Association Fair titled 360º has been widely acclaimed. 

In 2007 he founded IG-Image a professional lab of outstanding quality dedicated to the production and mounting of high quality photography. Since 2008 Gurruchaga’s work has been exclusively featured in the design collections of Artefacto. He has also opened up galleries in Manantiales - Punta del Este Uruguay, and Polanco - Mexico City, Mexico.
